PT Suryacipta Swadaya (Suryacipta), as the developer and management of industrial estates in West Java, had signed a collaboration with PT Iot Kreasi Indonesia – in an agreement to provide Managed Service Smart Lamp for public street lighting in the phase-3 area of Suryacipta City of Industry, Karawang.
The signing of the collaboration was carried out by Wilson Effendy, Vice President Director of Suryacipta; and Hudaya Arryanto, Managing Director of Suryacipta; alongside with Aldi Kurniawan, President Director of PT Iot Kreasi Indonesia, on November 3, 2023 at Gran Melia, Jakarta.
The implementation of smart lamp within the industrial estate, is part of the sustainable development carried out by Suryacipta. Smart lamp itself is an Internet of Things (IoT) based street lighting system that carries on multiple benefits to improve security, comfort, efficiency, and environmental friendliness in the estate. Additionally, smart lamp is also able to support the implementation of smart cities.
The following are several benefits of smart lamp, for tenants and its workers, in Suryacipta City of Industry:
- Improve security
Smart lamp can be controlled remotely via the dashboard. This makes it easier for Suryacipta to monitor and carry out repairs, should a problem occur.
- Increases comfort
The brightness level on the smart lamp can be adjusted according to the needs even more optimally so that it can increase visibility on the road.
- Efficiency
Monitoring electrical energy consumption and electrical power leak.
Binawati Dewi, Head of Sales & Tenant Relations at Suryacipta, said, “We hope that every program implemented in Suryacipta City of Industry can be beneficial for tenants, especially by supporting their business operations. Smart lamp will also be implemented within our other project, namely ‘Subang Smartpolitan’ – in an even more comprehensive manner.”
Subang Smartpolitan is an integrated township that carries the concept of “smart, green, and sustainable”. Subang Smartpolitan provides land plots for industrial and commercial use, currently occupied by several tenants from the electronics industry. The estate will be directly connected to Patimban Seaport via Patimban Access Toll Road, close to Kertajati International Airport, and has direct access to the Trans Java Toll Road.
