He described IKN as a smart forest city, with 70% of its area designated as green spaces and 80% of its public transportation powered by green energy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"6:1-6:49\">President Jokowi also highlighted the significant progress made on core development, which has reached 70% completion and is targeted to finish by mid-2024.
